I’d just like to declare that while I’m interested in, and have done a lot of reading and investigation on, patent law, especially as it relates to the pharma industry, I am not an IP lawyer.

I can and have made assertive statements that (some) can be, and have later been, proven erroneous. No doubt there is some of the Dunning Kruger Effect going on.

Short of having George Tachas himself set me straight, I’ll keep posting things that can be vindicated or refuted in here, and in the process contribute to the discussion or get corrected by someone who knows better.

I’m not a competitor advocate or a ramper in either direction. I do value my privacy though so won’t be calling George or the company (just yet).
