R&KM have 4 entities that show up on the top 30. So let’s say that’s 2.4 mill shares in the SPP offer. Together with you that’s 3 mill shares. So are you saying R&KM and yourself bought 35-37 mill shares in the Morgan’s placement?

Im going to assume R&KM bought the majority of that. So why haven’t they announced they have become substantial shareholders? The 5% threshold is 45.1 mill shares?
