people who have accepted the offer have accepted it while knowing the fact tht if PDN dont get to 80% they will have to pay CGT.
They must have seen the risk of accepting the offer and the gain of doing so and made a judgement to accept. The risk of paying CGT is something they willingly accept. If you take a risk and lose you need to take responsibility of that dont come here and blame others for that. If you do you should not be investing in shares
