In my experience with a stock/situation like this. there's always a catalyst that re-rates these stocks forever. (well not always forever lol)

It's either an entry into the stock by a well known company/insto/investor.

It's an excellent report (Might not be far away - August or so)

Or maybe a company making ann't.

I'd argue that the third one has laready happened i.e china tank project.

Maybe the market is waiting for the report, maybe it's waiting for further contracts.

Regardless, there still should be 3 times as much interest at these levels than there is at the moment. remebr insiders are still everywhere in this market good or bad. they would know if the company will hit their forecasts or not.

However given mgt re-iterated the figure many many times right up until very recently, i fail to see how they could miss it.
