Exactly, they are razor thin profit margins. With unions wanting wage increases etc what are these companies meant to do? Are we better off with these companies not making any profits & close the doors then start importing consumables from overseas? Being the ABC & left wing orientated they are trying to take the heat off the Albo led government. Albo has no clue what he is doing & does what he can to pass the buck to others to avoid the heat. I think albo & chambers need to look at fiscal spending before they start blaming our large companies for keeping up with the inflation they caused by over spending their revenues. Not to mention these companies are owned by it's shareholders, they also have a fiduciary responsibility to it's owners / shareholders.
