Gann does not suggest days and degrees are interchangeable IMO.

When he says "days or degrees", he doesn't mean that they are both the same, but rather that we should consider both days AND degrees. At least that is how it was taught to me by the likes of Bowden and McLaren etc.

But yes 360 degrees is a full cycle which may be a year but may be another time period.

The day spacings on your chart do work but I think you would agree if you changed it so the spacing was marginally wider as with degrees then it still fits.
