yeah, I know it's expected but the actual announcement will dampen the market - then there's Citi group - there's just no end to the Yankee garbage yet, I don't know why the US govt don't just nationalise their big failing and failed institutions and get it over with instead of pretending that they're gonna come good - after all, the US govt already 'owns' a big chunk of many of them....
what a mess....
