Mr Fig Jam wants some to make jam, I told him come and get them. Not sure if he is keen enough for a 2 hour round trip.
Yeah would rather not freeze them
Waiting to hear back from my son, being an ex chef and now brewer I'm sure he would have some ideas. But really just hope he will do the work
