Nah the Gold laced Wyandotte are difficult to sex, previous batch were 16-18 weeks old before I could tell which were boys or girls. Only about half way there with this batch. Had another hen go broody but made it difficult for her and think she has given up thankfully, did consider letting her sit on some eggs and sell chicks for $20-$25 once they didn't need heat. I'm getting over loaded with eggs, have over 3 dozen ATM even though been using 2-4 eggs per day

Your garlic looks good even though should be weed free, don't think corn is bothered weeds. Aphids destroyed nearly all of my garlic, have a few in a different bed that are doing OK

Tomatoes out the front looking good, just staring to see some fruit. Mango trees flowering and starting to see some fruit set, will be interesting to see how much holds

Got Capsicums here, that is suppose to be baby cos lettuce but looks like butternut lettuce. Oh well so much for caesar salad LOL

Got Lebanese cucumber to the left which I got by mistake, some iceberg lettuce and water melon in that bed, then rock melon "Petit Gris De Rennes". I saved some seeds from last year and have learnt best to sow them in the ground rather than in seedling trays

Peas and broad beans nearly finished, on the right was sprouting purple broccoli which grew huge but have got no broccoli sprouts. Did make use of a heap of leaves though.

Will pull every thing out of these to beds soon, not sure what I will put in them yet.

Got a fair amount of peaches and have been spraying the weekly but have already seen signs of fruit fly, not optimistic but just about to spray again and pray lol. Few apricots but same deal

Mandarin tree is looking good with heaps of fruit set and holding for now but I expect fruit drop because way too much on it

Mulberry (Hicks) all but finished, made some jam but think I cooked to long because it's thick and very sweet. Have frozen 2 kg for my son, indecently apparently it's a good idea to freeze then before making jam.

Speaking of jam, Mr Fig Jam managed to get 1kg of mulberry off his small tree and made some jam

LOL call me lazy but I am going down the route of just leaving prunings and pulled up weeds on the ground around the raised garden beds and hopefully that will suppress the weed
