Lol, looks like crap, from what I've been reading kale is very good for us,
I like soups in winter, makes the house smell very nice,
I didn't grow an silverbeet/spinach this year,
I used those spaces for more potatoes,
I love potatoes, baked potatoes, mashed potatoes with onion, potatoe bake with French onion soup and cream, fried potato with pumpkin and carrots with rosemary, roast potatoes,
They grow for next to nothing so why not harness them,
