I think I have now stopped the chook's getting out in the garden, they still have a decent area outside their main enclosure but I still want to have netting on all the raised garden beds so I can let them free range at times, I'll throw some wheat down to sprout.
Been waking early these days, I need to get into the habit of doing a bit in the morning. LOL I'm no a morning person and these day I like to catch up on latest new about Criminal Defendant Trump in the morning.
But yeah little by little wins the day and the cooler weather helps a lot
Have not seen the big Marron in the ponds lately but seeing a few medium ones and heaps and heaps of juveniles. Also lots and lots of glass shrimp so looks like I have a healthy pond system, just need to clean the pump filters a bit more regularly
