Another thing about the Teva pipeline potentials of $US7B.
Seeing how most, 99%, of the purchase price was for intangibles... with some $35m [?] slated for "technical transfer"... I'm not too sure how much of that pipeline potentials they can achieve without needing more investment into resources and know-how.

Do they need to set up a new lab, buy new hardware and hire new brain power to see those projects through? Or could their existing facilities be able to manage it. If they could, what have they been doing?

Sometimes human resources and intellectual know-how are more valuable than accounting valuation of IPs and Patents. especially if you're planning on getting those pipeline to completion.
