Totally agree with the Ten going into administration...thanks for the post it is not looking good out there..Very TEPID conditions at best and the US Fed raising rates when conditions are not quite strong will be interesting but also China been down graded by the credit agencies. US Fed raising rate too quickly will lead to a correction sooner then later.
I would be also watching mortgage debt which is now 96% of GDP.
Check these posts out....not too sure if you have listened to these before but I rate them highly and they focus at certain parts on Australia which will give your great insight and foresight. John Tepper very good.
