Personally I favour Fundamentals over Technical.
I see the share price being far higher by end of year. $2+
There is going to be so much positive news regarding Viva Gel and DEP over the next 6 months and that will be reflected in the share price.
Also Big Pharma will be all over this once the DEP stage 2 trial results start rolling in.
I can see a bidding war here at some stage which will see the share price go parabolic.
