Not yet!!! The Bond agreement reads:
"For subsequent issues:
1. ....
2. Minimum closing and 10 day volume weighted average trading price of at least $0.15 is required;"
So, as long as it closes above 15c today the facility is still in play.
It would be a shame for the funding to be lost as a result of the general market but I guess the provider is entitled to whatever "out clauses" they want.
