Always amused at non holders stridently banging on about the greedy & poor quality management or boards. Saturn you don't buy it when board members have too much at stake? They are spending your money? No, they are spending the money they themselves put in even though you term it your money. Seems to me the China JV and the Chillee investments are keeping the company going in the capital intensive phase. The board have a right to get it and spend it as they see fit. Pre mining phase at just about every site or company I invest in has been scores of millions or even hundreds. Is this any different? Victoria is real tough and real risky. Not for faint hearts.
