    Well congrats and well done mate.
    We all do need to remember Todd is also a substantial share holder in our company and its in his best interests to make sure growth continues.
    Also with regards to him running the company not only does he "talk the talk" he "walks the walk" and delivers.
    We just need to let him and his team get on with it.
