fish fillets with shrimp butter:
Barbecue on the charcoal webber four servings of fish fillets.
In a pan separately heat the following only:
150 gm potted shrimps.
150 gm unsalted butter.
150 gm cooked peeled prawns.
Half cup chopped soft herbs.
A splash light soy sauce.
A splash of brandy.
Serve the fish with the shrimps.
