A strategic investor doesn't have to be announced unless it is material or significance and maybe market sensitive. It could be to someone who holds 70 mill shares already and they wanted 80 million but wanted to remain under the radar. As you can use the calculator to come up with 0.45% (I didn't bother checking if you are correct) but maybe they have 4.5% holding now. You should be able to confirm that is under 5%, im sure?
There is an error in the thread for some thinking of Klaus shares sold. Some have been quoting a off market amount of 15 mill and it is only 10 million.
