Yes, it is very amazing scope of the Chinese future plan infrasturctal work. The smart Chinese will not let Western have a carrot without benefit themselves at the most eg the rail from Shanghai downtown to airport the company built it budgets with no money coming for at least 10 or more years! Reason they have some real people working for that company has first hand of cross cultural experience more than just a few trips, years, you need more than decades of cross cultural experience plus plus etc.
Disclaimer just a mere mortal with humble 2 cents of observations!
