Wouldn't be that worried, I've working in mining for quite a few years and many times I have seen projects slip in time lines and cost.
The company is delivering the processing plant and can’t see a sharp drop in commodity price so once this company starts producing and shipping to secured customers (even before name plate volume product is reached) I believe the SP will get a boost and the project delays / cost will be forgotten.
That is provided there are no major failures - I have every faith that GXY will produce and produce well.
I think everybody just lost faith after happenings and management of the past, but the past is just that and the future path has been corrected and on trajectory to succeed.
