    IF LCY is holding the price down for a takeover, you would think they would make their move when they announce the NMDC deal (assuming there is one) because there will be no holding it back if a good deal is announced.
    Would HAW necessarily go into a trading holt because of the LCY/NMDC deal if it didn't directly include HAW ?
