If we had to be delisted the Demo Plant has to stop LCM and Ford is f#$ked , I think the IP is held buy ASX and could be sold, but that could take a very long time, there is ways to fight a Scheme of Arrangements and share holders will vote to accept a take over offer, again not saying its going to happen but don't want to be blind sided, the final offer would be I guess at 0.018 so Brett gets his full 2mil back.
