i am trying to be very objective here. yesterday i was reading the scoping study of Fort Knox as well as the negative stories been told about the low grade gold deposit.
my understanding that Fort Knonx is far smaller than Korbel, but also proved to be an exceptional success story of profitable operation for a huge amount of gold production. ( far beyond 100k koz per annum i reckon something around 200k koz)
Capital cost in Fort Knox is about 100 million at the time of setup. IRR was is 17%
i am only quoting what i have read, and really encourage everyone nva investor to read about fort knox as it can give a good idea how things can be for Korbel ( only)
