I know the old 'capper' line is a cliche. Very useful when a stock is going nowhere...lol.
But that 82,704 seller has moved his order just out of range for at least the last 2-3 days. He was at .875 a couple of days ago.
Add to that the bots that have been active and you can be pretty certain this stock is being played with.
And why not. It's dammned cheap.
