When your old like me you understand 2-3 years is nothing for an orphan company like EXR, on a new frontier. 2022 will be good though and the flow test should really set the stage for a step up in interest

Todays announcement was good news but don’t forget EXRs value is in NG and H2 is a great value add

Plus heaps of money flowing into better short term plays. Don’t be alarmed. SP fluctuation is all noise for EXR
