I don't agree with or subscribe to the leaky ship talk because the company has been direct and upfront the whole time about their plans, activities and prospects. I think this has been held on the watch since it reached the 7.5c Pre PFS and some big volume went through then and when it originally went to 8.2c this time last year . Now they are just coming back in because it appears more boxes are being ticked as has been the case all along. This means there is movement, and as we know movement causes movement. You don't wanna miss the big move so just gradual accumulation before any surprises is all it appears to be.IMO.
