We need the share price at a level that would be a launching pad for "fair" value if a takeover situation was to occur.
The company proving-up resources is also a very, very important part of this since resources need to be defined for them to be valued properly.
The sooner the remaining options are converted the better ... ADN will be able to accelerate resource infill of Hammerhead, Mt Hope, etc, etc.
ADN needs to be fairly valued by the market (and potential suitors) on what it has - not what ADN thinks it has.
