While this is very true, i believe the context behind it was around ease of mining. The good think about this operation is being able to forward plan the mining campaign to coincide with demand. As you will see by the below there is variations of variations - predictable and unpredictable, both of which will effect overall OPEX. The trick is not only evaluate the supply capacity, but also timing. As you see from the graph, you dont want to be operating at above 80% capacity as this will indirectly drive up costs.

The great thing about this mine is it accessibility and simplicity.
