Hi @wombat777 please excuse my ignorance on this question regarding market cap. Can I ask you why market cap is important? I have tried Google and boy, was that more confusing than enlightening to be honest!
The picture below is my search...I see that while market capitalisation represents that total value of a company based on its share price; it is not adequate because the market can over/under value shares.
