    Started the BBQ at 1pm for our workers.
    just finished lunch at 10.30pm.
    something special when your employees and a few mates are sitting around sharing how much they made on ADN alone.

    Cheeky buggers reckon that I can afford to pay them over time for celebrating.

    Everytime we have one of these days it feels like Melbourne cup day.

    the challenge will be when they all walk in one day and say they're retiring.
