It is too long since I looked in detail at Skardon (would be over 2 years ago) but I wasn't concerned about it, given the history I found when I looked at the background of MEP and JM's other experience in the industry.
I've spoken with James numerous times and I am comfortable he has the experience to deliver.
The board actually headhunted James to come and lead ADN specifically because of his experience consulting for MEP.
