Interesting acquisition on the cards for SUV.
What does this signal in terms of Imery’s appetite to be in the pure Kaolin space?
I dare say JM will have quite a few key people from the Imery’s Australian business sending him the resumes over the coming weeks.
Iam not concerned what some so called pundits from over the fence have to say about ADN. Very easy to call shots from the sidelines when they haven’t taken the time to fully understand the company, the resource quality and meet with management.
There is an agenda here, which I won’t fully go into at this stage.
Read between the lines, all of these pure play Kaolin companies (WAK + SUV) have come to the market to list and raise capital all off the coat tails of interest ADN have generated, whilst constantly referring to ADN’s market cap as a comparative analysis to help push their valuations, even though the resource qualities are quite different.
There’s a reason why SUV are paying HC to market their business on the ADN thread, because it’s the most visited thread on the website and they are trying to appeal to the ADN shareholder base. We all know that the article written by the Market Herald, which is a sub business of HC was factually incorrect when referring to ADN’s prospects as not attractive due to the ‘high capex’, whilst heavily promoting SUV’s prospects. I understand ADN got in contact and this statement was retracted very quickly by the Market Herlad.
There is more to this story, which Iam doing some digging on, but Iam not sure if it’s worth opening the can of worms, which will likely see me suspended for shining a light on what’s going on behind the scenes with certain people that are connected to this website and the company in question.
