I'm with Hostplus they have a product in Super called choiceplus, there are others that do it as well. This lets you buy any stock in the ASX300.There are limits like only 80% of funds can be in direct ASX300 companies and there are limits on amounts invested in a single company. I will be clearing some funds for Andromeda as soon as it makes it.
From experience not all companies do well after they hit the ASX300. It can open up a bigger shorting market.
Also you can make mistakes like I did and invest in a few lithium companies that were all the rage at the time.
However if you have faith in a company like this and you know the history and future prospects you could set yourself up big time.
