My target prices keep shifting, up. Only because they are being hit 6 to 12 months earlier than I anticipated and, AND, the fundamentals of the company are changing. e.g. the concrete additive is a new fundamental change. Initial target price was .30, well that got hit today but there is no way I would be selling now. It's tricky.
