Agree with the sentiment; but I think the fundamental behind the thinking here is that clearer and more streamlined processes (in respect of not uncomplicated matters) correspondingly result in better timelines.

The reality is that it is unlikely the State is ever going to impose onerous deadlines on itself when it comes to important decisions.

From my perspective, it is the fact of the timely finalisation of the new South Australian Mining statutory and regulatory framework that is material in terms of ADN’s development, more so that the substantive nature of the framework itself.
