AW and MEP directors are definitely, definitely, 10,000%, not interested in parting with their 25% interest OR in gaining ADN's non halloy-kaolin tenements. (Tony Belperio - Non Ex Director of MEP - also heads Natural Nano Tech).
They have stated this in ASX releases and to me personally (adamantly).
They are VERY VERY interested in future cashflow from the GWP.
