Yep, its a quarrying operation but mining engineers are best suited to build the mine schedule and mining logistics until the material reached the ROM pad. Plus at 30m deep it still needs some geotech/mining control on bench sizes. Prior to production no doubt they'll hire a mining engineer to oversee this and someone has to hold the Mine Managers statutory responsibility. Until then, its better to have a qualified, experienced mine manager on board.
