I wrote to them and asked (excepting James of course) that they'd voluntarily, in an act of good faith and to demonstrate to the many mum and dad holders that they are fair dinkum, tighten the performance conditions, eg make it 6/12/18 months. No response of course. Sadly, I think when it comes to money, most ASX dirs are all the same.

Let's get more vocal at the next AGM and demand high PERFORMANCE from our directors. Then I am all in favour of a decent reward ("bonus"). That's how it works in my business anyway....
