i disagree, I think the equation is: ADN=James Marsh+The Team
In no way am I talking down James' contribution or critical impotance, but there is this thing about teams. If they think JM has all the answers they don't have to find them and just leave it to him. I don't have great visibility of team dynamics tbut normally that's sub optimal, so let's recongnise the contirburtions of all the team while applauding Jame's great leadership.
