JM says he always tries to deliver on his promises - he promised DFS in Q2 and he says he is striving to achieve that. It is also significant that he is straight going through to Bankable Status and alluded to the fact that he needs BOA's for that to happen. So he must be very confident of achieving some binding contracts in the short term.
With the MC being where it is currently there may be some fundamental changes to the PFS. Still weighing up thru the modelling 18 months of DSO (in the PFS) versus going for immediate production. So the level of complexity significantly increases. All takes time. He said he has more than enough non-binding agreements. There is no hold up with the concrete testing. No delays. Try and be a bit more disciplined with your choice of words in your posts and listen more carefully to what is actually being said instead of running away with figments of your imagination. I noticed too you are still crapping on about merging with MEP - not happening.
