in the top 4 of each, indicates that any decent piece of news, such as the scoping study report, will have the share price rising again. Also suggests the company has a fair bit of interest from the market already.
I'm thinking that a well researched scoping study with everything layed out, should have a pretty convincing impact with retail investors and if followed up with fast tracking, as proposed by management, feasibility, mining lease etc., it should have the company on the road to production and a decent share price within 12 months.
