Except in the Streaky Bay shark-proof 50m fully fenced enclosed ocean pool , off the jetty . I think everyone should do that !
Years ago I swam across the narrow part of Bairds Bay a few times, when the tide was coming in ( wouldn’t do when tide was going out.. ) - before learning that that had maybe not been really safe .
