Thanks for this. I've never contacted JM myself, but to make things easier for the company and James, they /we could consider either:

1. An all investor webinar as part of the quarterly where the HC Q&A is submitted prior to the webinar and can be addressed
2. HC could nominate one person from the forum who could collate the questions to JM on a [quarterly] basis

This the overhang of having a large retail shareholder base and I'm sure there's an efficient solution. I certainly don't want JM wasting his day answering a whole bunch of investor questions, at the same time I understand the need for investors to be informed.
