I'm not so sure. I mean for 9 of the 10 sell orders I believe what you say is true, but there is a single order there of 1,750,000 shares ($700,000 worth). By its shear size alone it smells of Insto action.

No one in their right mind would sell such a load in one hit. It would be a far superior method to selling in smaller increments.

I think that order will disappear if we approach the 40c mark. imo it is there purely to load the sell side. That being said I'm not sure we will get to 40c without some news to help us along.
