Hey egosbar, I'd like to add a few comments re your posts.
1 - you assume that the majority of shareholders don't like the BS way of raising money, which I think is incorrect because I for one have no problem with a quick, easy and cheap raise of capital.
2 - I don't think in this case the SH's will be left as losers as the rasie (if there is one) will be predominately for capital investment and not so much operating expenses. That to me is a win.
3 - In my experience, all be it limited, the SP usually drops a tad to get very close to the issue price as the sophs sell out. So, the Co gets the capital, quick, easy and cheap and the punters kind of end up with the opportunity to buy more shares at close to the discounted price.
4 - I personally think that for $28m ?? that is required the board may actually opt for some debt, especially if ADN have contracted cash flow in the near future.
Would like to hear other opinions.
