    PROJECT SUMMARY

    Buoyed by the predicted strong growth in the demand for lithium used in battery applications in the electric automotive and green energy storage markets, lithium is enjoying positive market sentiment. Adelaide Resources has embarked on an initiative to explore for lithium and has secured areas with hardrock potential as well as salt lakes which may host lithium in lake brines.

    DAVENPORT RANGES (HARDROCK)

    Location: Davenport Ranges, Northern Territory

    Geological Province: Davenport Province

    Ground Holding: Exploration Licence 31211, 540 sq kms

    Commodity: Lithium, Tantalum, Niobium, Tungsten, Tin

    Ownership Status: Adelaide Resources 100%

    Project Characteristics:

    • project located in the Davenport Ranges in the Northern Territory
    • no previous lithium exploration conducted
    • historical occurrences of tantalum, niobium, tungsten and tin recorded at two prospects, a metal suite that commonly also includes lithium
    • mineralisation at Juggler associated with pegmatite veins, which are likely to be linked to the Elkedra Granite

    COOLGARDIE (HARDROCK)

    Location: Coolgardie Region, Western Australia

    Geological Province: Eastern Goldfields

    Ground Holding: Exploration Licence E15/520, 92 sq kms

    Commodity: Lithium, Gold, Nickel

    Ownership Status: Adelaide Resources 100%

    Project Characteristics:

    • the tenement secures a package of greenstones intruded by pegmatite dykes near the western contact of the extensive Burra Monzogranite
    • the geological setting is closely analogous to the Lithium Australia / Focus Minerals "Lepidolite Hill" project located 25 kms to the east
    • the tenement is also prospective for Archaean lode gold deposits, as evidenced by the historical Prince of Wales gold mine which is held under a small prospecting lease excised from, but surrounded by, Adelaide Resources' tenement
    • ultramafic rocks mapped on the tenement may also be prospective for Komatiite style sulphide nickel deposits

    SOUTH AUSTRALIAN SALT LAKES (BRINES)

    Location: Eyre Peninsula and Lake Eyre region, South Australia

    Geological Province: Salt lake systems in semi-arid regions, SA

    Ground Holding: Exploration Licence E 5350, 96 sq kms

    Exploration Licence Application 16/017, 232 sq kms

    Exploration Licence Application 16/062, 751 sq kms

    Exploration Licence Application 16/063, 361 sq kms

    Exploration Licence Application 16/068, 929 sq kms

    Commodity: Lithium, Potash

    Ownership Status: Adelaide Resources 100%

    Project Characteristics:

    • tenements secure salt lakes with potential for lithium brines
    • no previous lithium exploration conducted
    • tenement applications made following positive lithium brine prospectivity assessments by Geoscience Australia
    • positive prospectivity attributes include high lithium concentrations in soils sediments in lake catchments and closed hydrological systems
    • low cost sampling programmes to determine if lithium is at elevated concentrations in the lake brines is planned
