So whats the cost / benefit?

Bleed is a solved problem mostly thanks to the common use of flyash and slag / silica fume. Its really not important.
Once again a combination of flyash and cement can do everything halloysite does but cheaper as far as i can tell unless you could give me a mix design that i could inspect?

why do we need Nike when we already have adidas on the market for running shoes lol

You dont need to invent a shoe when you already have a shoe thats cheaper and does at least as good a job, you're right it does sound silly.
