Consider that supplementing the cement with flyash is actually better for the environment because less cement is produced. Flyash is a waste product and burning coal to get it wont be nessesary for hundereds of years but that time im sure some innovation will occur.
There is massive quantitys of flyash buried and next to coal power plants around the world.
