Absolutely. Portugal especially should not be underestimated. But the Chinese would probably like the higher spec also which, from being a holder in 4 of the companies in this industry, I know some are struggling to get the brightness/lack of impurities needed. Though to be fair, some have already taken the $300-$400/t end of the market as their aim initially.
